Problem: Chuck took a few years off in between high school and college to work and get a better sense of what he wanted to do as a career. He was always a voracious reader, but during his break from high school, he took a break from all things academic. He has noticed that most of his classmates read and take notes on computers. They are able to download the professors' materials and use technology to annotate. Chuck has been handwriting all of his notes and reading everything that he is assigned. He feels like his strategies are slowing him down.
