Identify one Human Resources issue in our state that is of concern at this time (check local websites for business and industry, the Arizona State Legislature, the Arizona Chamber of Commerce, Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, etc. for ideas). Using the format in our various chapters of text reading, if you were part of a Task Force to address this local Arizona Human Resources issue - outline the steps that you would take to do so. What advantage might you have using your current background to help address the issue that you have identified? What barriers would you anticipate reaching with your Task Force based upon the complexity of the issue that you have identified?
