Heart Rate Monitor Lab - Leisure Activity
Remember to moisten the electrodes on the attaching transmitter with the chest strap.
1. Choose a leisure physical activity (and not an exercise) of your preference, such as rollerblading, golf, walking, pick-up basketball, volleyball, etc.
2. Engage in that activity and record your heart rate every 2 or 3 minutes for a minimum duration of 30minutes. Use either the 2 minute or 3 minute column depending on which is more convenient for your chosen activity.
