MABEL'S LABEL (CASE STUDY): LEADING IN A RESULT-ONLY WORK ENVIRONMENT
A memo recommending what actions the top management team can take to make ROWE work better than it is at the end of the case. The memo should list the recommendations in order of priority. For each recommended action, groups must provide the details required for implementation (e.g., timing, resource requirements, purpose, desired outcomes, key responsibilities for implementation). Adding these details will ensure the actions of the recommendation are feasible and not too 'pie in the sky'.
