Problem
In Episode 4, Rust asserts that "kids are the only thing that matter" and insists that relations between men and women are not supposed to work "except to makes kids." Yet, as someone who lost his daughter, he knows the agony of witnessing the death of a child. Is there a difference between Rust's views on death and those expressed by Socrates in the Apology? If so, what accounts for the difference? If not, what ties their perspectives together?
