Today, is the first time in history, we have four generations in the workforce. Each generation has its own personality and goals. For example, they say generation Y is looking for a more flexible schedule versus other generations. Can we think that every generation is motivated by money? What about recognition or feeling valued by the company is that considered to be more important than money?
