If you take an Elite Sprinter and run them through the same protocol (bike or treadmill), would you expect them to have a higher efficiency or lower efficiency than a non-trained but healthy individual? What about an Elite Endurance Runner? For both, why? (Hint: Think about how efficiency is calculated, what's measured, and the physiological characteristics of an Elite Sprinter and an Elite Endurance Runner would affect those measures to answer this question)
