We will discuss project trade-offs. That is, in every project, project managers carefully track time (schedule), money (budget), scope, and quality. During the project management life cycle, projects can fall behind or go over budget, in which case, project teams need to take actions to get the project back on track. Please discuss how change in one of these components (time, money, scope, and quality) affects the overall project duration, budget, scope and quality. In other words, is there any relationship between these components or them act totally independently? Please provide some examples.
