We want a Wordpress Webmaster
In order to find somebody good and reliable than can become our preferred webmaster in the future, we might want to test a few people. So, I would recommend just starting hiring two people for two parallel competing projects with the same activities. PPP+ IGT and not posting this as an ongoing project, however as a one-time project. Afterwards we evaluate as well as choose the person that performed best.

b) Optimize our wordpress site to rise the loading speed and make it better responsive on mobile. The theme is already responsive however is loading a bit slow.
