We sell products but now need a program prepared that will take clients serial numbers from products purchased and link it to our website or stand alone software and it alerts clients of service reminders of a product or gift to be used by a definite time. Software should have opt-in capabilities. Company is trying to start-up but requirements this done by the best with the best cost, must be able to update and test for all issues with incompatibilities with each platform.
