We need help to Fix Drupal 5.0 site. Authorize.net not working
We have a Drupal 5.0 site that abruptly isn't connecting with Authorize.net.
Fundamentally, we are having some problems with the credit card transaction / Authorize.net for instance if you purchase anything on this site, the order is made on the site however Authorize.net isn't receiving the payment. We are no seeing any faults on the site after the transactions or orders are made.
We did numerous test orders on LIVE mode and test mode on Authorize.net, however no transactions are showing on authorize.net account. We acknowledged the order confirmation email (after both test purchases), no faults were shown when checking out. The order is showing as pending (on the site) and Authorize.net is not showing any information on their end.
If you are a Drupal 5.0 expert and can help us fix this issue. We'd like to get this fixed right away
We will as well need to activate PayPal payment as the site can't process any transactions right now.
