4. 400 Pharmaceutical Representatives will be in New Orleans for an annual corporate meeting. The theme this year is Mardi Gras. Over four days they need to learn new compliance training, see new products, reward successes over the past year, look for synergies, and develop relationships to improve business relationships amongst each other. Each year this is something all representatives in the field hope to receive an invitation for. In the past, themes have included break dancing, rodeo cowboys, and wine tasting. How do you find the right entertainment for all the different events over the four day conference? There will be a trade show, training sessions, parties, an awards banquet, and vendor sponsored meals and breakout sessions. Considering goals, the Mardi Gras theme, and the audience.
