This is the final process of blade production before goes to assembly and packing. Washing process in here is essential toward the quality of the blade material. Our wash stations consist of 7 sections. Operator will be ready at station 1 to do blade loading and tighten up the hanger. After everything is tied up and data been taken for quality control purpose, operator will proceed to dip blades into station 2. We are using stainless steel care chemical mixture with water. We will boil up station 2 to the temperature approximate 80 ºC to 85 ºC. Washing takt time for station 2 is around 90 second. After washing, blades will transfer and rinse with running cold water. Rinsing takt time for station 3 is around 20 second. Steps will repeat the same as station 2 for station 4. Whereby only different is takt time for station 4 is 70 second. After rinsing at station 5, the washing at last station 6 will increase to 90 ºC with just only hot water. At last station 7 will be loading bay and pneumatic air gun will blow off the water.
