I just need a one page about new habit reflection .. and the new habit is "going to the gym for exercising"
The reflection page must address some of the following:
1- Do you consider your 21 Days a success or failure? Why?
2- Was your habit simple enough? Did your cue work?
3- Was your reward enough to motivate you? What performance barries did you encounter?
4- Would you use this process again to establish another new habit? Why or why not?
