As a seasoned professional Dolly believed she did not need to attend rehearsals so she arrived two hours before her scheduled performance. The director of the Jamboree was furious and discharged the contract with Dolly on the basis that Dolly had committed a breach of the contract. Was the director entitled in law to do so?
