Want HTML/CSS templates created from layout images (not PSD). Responsive.
Greetings I have a want for a GREAT HTML/CSS developer that understands responsive CSS also. I have four PDFs that contain great detail on the column structure, fonts, colours and layout. I want someone to take those four PDFs and translate that information into an HTML/CSS pair that will be readable, smart as well as responsive.
In your offer, please include examples of HTML/CSS that you built, including your ability to build responsive CSS. I similarly need to know WHEN you can get this job completed, as I'm on a short timeline here.
