Virtual printer driver calling one web service
Project Description:
Development of a virtual printer driver (to be used in MS Office applications) which consumes a web service. Configuration of web service is defined in a config file which is read by driver each time the driver is selected. The input of the web service is the content of the actual document, par1, par2, par3 ). The driver gets back a pdf file. Depending on the settings in the config file, this PDF file will be previewed or saved on file system. Other returned info : errorcode, name of PDFfile, size. The webservice must not be developed, but is defined in the config file. The mapping between the driver info and web service parameters is defined in the config file.
