Mr. Meson is director of software consultancy company. Company provides consultancy in web designing and web based application development. The company was performing very well from last few years, but now facing difficulty in winning new contracts. Preparing proposals for new contracts from prospective customers and sometimes giving presentation is becoming expensive affair for the company. Clients also expect some prototype development before awarding new contract. Spending time and resources for all these activities is proving costly affair.
