Complete a case study of Cantel Medical Corp (CMD)

A formal, in-depth case study analysis requires you to utilize the entire strategic management process. Assume you are part of a consulting team asked by CMD to analyze its external/internal environment and make strategic recommendations.

Part 1 of the case study must include these components:

• A total of 5 pages, cover page and a references page are not included; the document must follow current APA guidelines for citations include page number.

Case study deliverables in Part 1 (text must follow this order with current APA-level headings for each component):

1. Executive Summary

2. Existing mission, objectives, and strategies

3. Analysis of the firm's existing business model

d. SWOT Bivariate Strategy Matrix

Thoroughly research the external factors of demand (PESTEL in Rothaermel's language) and explicate the key findings within the text portion of the case. Make sure you use the Summons database and research the firm within the WSJ, Fortune, The Economist etc.

The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
