Map Assignment
Using the maps in attachment, locate, label and color-code the landmarks listed below. Label the cities, indicated by a dot !. Mark the mountains with ^^^ and the volcanoes with a triangle (Δ). Make sure to include a key for the symbols and colors you use, making similar features (e.g. mountains, bodies of water) the same color. Be sure to include a title, date of map and compass on the first map. Scan your maps and save them in .jpg or .pdf format. Then submit them by uploading them through the course. Study your maps before taking the map quiz.
Check off each item as you place it on your map to be sure you have not missed any items. Check spelling carefully.
