One of the important areas we will be covering during the term is the idea of organizational culture and "fit". You will be asked to compare and contrast two successful companies, IDEO, and Amazon using the framework below. The information can be found searching Google, other search engines, or the university library resources. Try to find specific information as best you can. In doing so, this assignment will provide an opportunity to apply the concepts that we have discussed in class.
Part I:
Analyze, compare and contrast the organizational culture of Adidas AG and Nike. To do so, you must find at a minimum three sources of information on each company. Examples of sources may include the company's website, popular press or academic articles, or interviews/conversations with current/past employees of the company. These sources should form the base for your arguments and should be listed on a reference page using MLA or APA format. Prepare at least a 3 page(12 point font, double- spaced) report of your findings.
Your report should address the following questions for both companies in a comparison, contrast approach. In doing so, you should write a cohesive paper and notuse a question and answer format.
