Use the tool to generate a conceptual model for an emergency room. Keep in mind that you are not modeling a process (which would include a lot of activities and verbs). Instead, you are modeling the data. Data includes nouns, like doctors, nurses, patients, hospitals, department, room, doctorpatient, nursepatient. And the relationships between those need to be also modeled as relationships. These can be verbs, but be sure there is one of our nouns, i.e. entities, as the actor and acted upon entity of every relationship. Like "nurse checks in patient" and "doctor examines patient" and so on. Your model should include:
