1. This article raises several questions about the use of neuroimaging and its use in the court. Should people be punished for abnormal brains?

2. Where should the court draw the line in considering neuroscientific evidence? Privacy issues? Ethics?

3. Should a court be able to find out what a person "might do"? Court ordered memories?

4. Ultimately, it raises the question if people should be held responsible for their predispositions rather than their actions. It also brings to mind issues of the mind-body problem. What are your thoughts?
