2. Use agency theory (Part II) as a diagnostic tool to explain Gerstner's problems that you identified in #1.
3. If Lou Gerstner does nothing, use agency theory to predict what will happen at IBM.
4. How can Lou Gerstner use agency theory to control and improve IBM’s performance? What prescriptive advice does agency theory offer to you as a manager?
