Use Access to implement your database design. Create the tables and add sample data. Create a data entry form shows teams and the equipment they have checked out. Verify that the from correctly processes new checkouts, changes to checkouts, changes to checkouts, and equipment returns. Create a report that shows each team, the items they have checked out, and the number of items they have checked out. (Use Count Records as explained in active Review Q5.)
