2. Demonstrate that you have a strong understanding of the industry and the business, and be able to discuss all the various factors that need to be considered to implement the plan.
3. How much it will cost to setup and maintain the new business along with what the likely revenue will be. Therefore, must work out what demand will be for their products/services along with who their customers will be and how much will they spend.
4. Do a NPV analysis with realistic figures to determine if the project will be successful. The report should be of such quality it can be given to a banker/investor/shareholders to read and decide if they would provide capital to fund the project.
