Problem:

Reply to this post and add sources. By my understanding through deliberate research, The American Marketing Association (AMA) has redefined the definition of marketing a total of 4 times. The most recent being "Marketing is the activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at large." Communicating was the easiest component for me to understand. Communicating is essentially providing awareness about products to potential customers through means of advertising, promotions, or other forms. Delivering seems to be the middleman in other words, how the product goes from production to the consumer. Exchanging Is when the buyers and sellers find "mutually agreed upon terms of exchange. So to break everything down the components of marketing lays out the fundamental structure of marketing. I never thought it went so deep, It's structured to where every avenue is studied and applied to a product. If you have a better way of describing these components, please respond to this.
