Literature review of 5000 words written on the topic:
Understanding Organizational Change: An Employee Perspective.
Attaching a PhD thesis done in the field. It is very long. I dont need a very long literature review. The paper will study change management in Saudi Company. So in the literature review you should show that literature on this topic in Saudi Arabia is rare. this is why this research is important.
Here are the parts I need in the literature review:
1. Introducing the topic of organizational change and why it is important to study
2. An overview of organizational change management literature
3. Employee resistance in change management. In this part I want you to focus on the fact that employee resistance is one of the most difficult challenges facing change implementation and that this paper will study change management from an employee point of view.
Special Instructions:
1. You can have a look at the literature review of the PhD I am attaching and see how it looks like.
2. I have done some research and got some articles that are good. If you want to see them I can send you the list of references.
3. I want the literature review to be like a story. It is not just summarizing the articles and their findings. I want to see that there is a link between them. You start by mentioning what organizational change is, and why it is important then give a brief overview of the field, then finally speak of employee resistance. I need themes not persons. Dont start your paragraph by saying that for example Johnson (2016) made a study about....
Instead , start with the problem and then give the different sources that deal with it, showing the similarities and differences between them.
4. Paper should be 5000 words a 10 % less or more can be tolerated.
5. Use APA style 6th edition
6. Paper should be 100 % plagiarism free. Direct citations can make up 10 % of the whole paper.
7. Correct academic English
Failure to stick to these instructions will cause the paper to be rejected.
