Intermediate sanctions include a continuum of services that can serve a number of purposes. They can be ordered as special conditions of probation at the time of sentencing, or they can be added conditions due to non-compliance or violation of established conditions.
Explain the two types of intermediate sanctions you believe are most effective and note why. Respond to another student who has chosen sanctions other than yours and explain why you agree or disagree.
