You have a new start-up company and you want a style guide for business correspondence. In doing so, anyone in the company will be able to use the style guide for consistency.
Have a logo - be sure to include dimensions for each type of correspondence.
Indicate the font type, size, and color that will be used for each type of correspondence.
Provide a sample of each type of correspondence for a visual representation:

- Memo
- Formal Letter
Your submission should contain four files:
A write-up of the style-guide, including instructions for PowerPoint presentations, memos, and formal letters.
PowerPoint presentation template
An example of a PowerPoint presentation - this should contain at least three slides: Cover Page, Second Page, Third Page - the content for the slides should be on the styles that are being used.
For example, your cover page should have the logo and "Style Guide For "xxx" Company." The second page should contain a header and three bullets or other clear method to indicate the font size, style, and colors that employees are required to use. The third page should contain a conclusion and at least three bullets indicating why using a style guide for PowerPoint presentation is important.
Memo template
Your memo template should contain the company logo and the text in the memo should be an explanation of the styles that are being used. For example, indicate the position and size of the logo. Is the "To, From, Date, Subject" doublespaced or singlespaced? What font should be used?
Formal letter template
Your formal letter should contain the company logo and relevant contact information. The text in the letter should be an explanation of the styles that are being used. For example, indicate the position and size of the logo and the font that should be used for all formal letters.
