Question: Good Morning District Attorney, are you going to charge anyone? The restaurant companies? The manager?
The Very short item here:
Two boys, celebrating a birthday, go to a restaurant. Drinking apple juice, they become very ill and are hospitalized. They have serious burns on their lips, their mouth and their esophagus.
It turns out the cups they drank from contained a drain cleaner, which contained lye.
The town is outraged. Charge them? If so, what will be "tricky" about proving this case?
If not, why not?
An investigation reveals that the drain cleaner is stored on the premises of the restaurant, but no other information has been developed about the entire incident.
