Idea: It is suggested that an advertising campaign should consider the objective of the ad, its target market, the product nature, media, message of the ad, creative presentation,budget, creative execution, ad appeal.....before designing and launching of the advertising campaign.

What to do:

1. Select one product from the list of product choices.

2. Select one country from the above four to be compared against USA

3. Select an advertising medium (Q: what is an advertising medium? A: review a basic marketing or advertising text).

4. Find one specific ad from anadvertising campaign for your product in USA & in the country of your choice in the selectedadvertising media, same for both countries. (Q: what is an ad campaign? A: review the same book). Both ads must be from the same ad campaigns in years between 2010 and 2015.

5. Cross-compare the two adds in USA & the country of your choice using advertising concepts (given in the "idea" section above). The purpose is to determine along which criteria the ad are similar or different (on what basis)? Develop a table to summaries the comparison of the two ads to explain on what advertising basis and in which ways the two ads are similar or different.

6. Whether the ads are similar or different in various areas, use environmental factors to justify why in your team's view the ads are similar or different. In other words, if the ad is global, explain why and if it is localized, explain why.

7. IF you were in charge of advertising in your company, would YOU suggest a global, local or in-between (pattern) ad campaign & why?
