- Select a disease, condition, or health screening.
- Provide a brief summary of that disease, condition, or health screening.
- Locate and summarize trends in disparities as related to the chosen disease, condition, or health screening (e.g., by race/ethnicity, type of insurance, income, and/or place of residence).

o Are they getting worse or are they staying the same?
o What is currently being done to address the health disparity you selected?
