A study is conducted to assess the potential benefits of an ayurvedic treatment to reduce high cholesterol. Seven patients (n = 7) agree to participate in the study. Each has their cholesterol measured at the start of the study and then again after four weeks taking a popular herb called arjuna. The data in the table below indicate total cholesterol level for each participant before and after taking the herb. Is there a significant difference in total cholesterol after taking the herb? Use the Sign test with a 5% level of significance.
