Problem: Respond to Mindfulness and meditation is powerful tools for managing stress and promoting mental health. They help to cultivate a sense of calm, improve focus, and enhance emotional resilience. My routine for mindfulness is staying present in the moment, whether I am at work or at home. This involves paying attention to my surroundings, my thoughts and my feelings without judgment and to set aside time each day for meditation, even just few minutes of quiet, focused breathing can make a significant difference in my stress level and overall mood. (WHO, 2024). Self-care is not a luxury, but a necessity, especially in high-stress profession like nursing. It is important to find what works best for you and make it a regular part of your routine.
