Topic Given to me: There are 3 types of Key Performance Indicators commonly used by hospitality industry to measure and review hotels performance they are:
A. Occupancy Percentage
B. ADR (Average daily rate)
C. Rev Par (Revenue per available room)
Q1: To find sufficient information to allow me to compare and contrast the specifics of each KPI mentioned above of these measurements in context.
Q2: Need to describe a situation where measurement of 'ADR' would be the most appropriate to use as a performance indicator.
