Scenario : Human Resources Manual
Gino Franconia works in the Human Resources Department of Plasto Industries, a fast-growing manufacturer of plastic and composite-fibre products. As the company grew, managers planned to develop uniform policies to ensure a fair workplace. Until now, however, these policies have not been clearly outlined.
To correct this situation, Gino's manager has asked him to write a new human resources manual for Plasto Industries' employees. Susan Reeves, director of human resources, provided Gino with the following unorganized list of topics to include in the manual:
