This week's lesson on Four-Frame Model identified and outlined the details of four different ways to look at organizational design and the leadership needed in each one. Each design was matched up with different types of characteristics. The characteristics described for each design were the metaphor, central concept, image of leadership style, leadership challenges, organizational ethic and leadership contribution. This is helpful for a leader to look at an organization and determine the preferred course of action to be effective.
How are these characteristics helpful for a leader?
