Short analysis
This short paper (2-3 pp. double spaced) a brief analysis of a single scene from a film, drawing on film vocabulary.
In short, this is a close textual analysis of a single scene or sequence in a film, in which the author presents and analyzes the formal devices found in the scene (such as close ups, pan shots) and other aesthetic choices (like lighting, camera angles) in order to make an argument about the subtle ways that the scene works to communicate with its form as well as its content.
You should NOT do external research for this short paper: I am only interested in what you think about the movie; not what others have said.
