Choose two organisations with which you are familiar, one from the commercial sector (perhaps from work or from your place of study) and one voluntary body (perhaps from a hobby, sport or society to which you belong). Do they ever make corporate decisions - related either to diversification and/or to the general direction of the organisation? Should they engage in such activities?
