Individual/Group Learning Activity Assignment

Preparation - If you choose to complete this assignment in a group then your group will be required to submit a group contract. Guidance for the development of the group contract is included in this plan and will be provided in tutorials.
Assignment instructions - This assignment may be completed either individually or in a small group (2-3 people). If you choose to complete this assignment in a group you are responsible for the choice of members in your group and you must provide a 'marks allocation agreement' with the assignment (see addenda to this document).

Once you have chosen a topic you must research the current state of that topic as it relates to organisational behaviour. Your assignment must clearly define the topic, explain why it is important to organisation behaviour and discuss the implications for managers, employees and organisations. To help ensure you have considered the latest knowledge in this field; you must use a minimum of 10 relevant and up-to-date academic articles or classical (important and fundamental) articles on your chosen topic.
For those of you who choose to write a report, it must include:
