What about who you are as a person affected the way you responded to the stress? For example, was it your personality type, or the amount of self-reliance you have? In response to the stress, what did you do right? What did you do wrong? What stress-prevention technique could you have employed in the situation? Respond to two other classmates and offer some stress-management tips that they might consider the next time they encounter a stressful job or life event.
