1. Think about an organization where you've worked. What kinds of ethical dilemmas are unique to that organization? To that industry? What might be the best way to prepare employees to deal with those dilemmas?
2. Think about all of the communication opportunities provided by social media. How could an organization use social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and the like to promote ethical behavior and communicate the organization's values? What are the advantages and dangers of those media? Think about Best Buy and its ethics blog for employees. Would you read an ethics blog? If you saw an interesting case, would you comment? Why or why not?
