Question - There has been a long standing problem with the leadership in Africa. The powers that be in Africa would rather line their pockets, help their friends and profit off of conflict rather than actually lead. In 2010 an Amnesty International report showed that housing programs and services as well as political governing positions were held by family or tribal members that were severly unqualified to occupy them resulting in collapse of some governments and protest of the people.
