There are many forms of security breaches that can cause an organization and the client who they are working for harm. For example there are hackers who love to hack into a computer system and destroy certain files that have great ammount of information that is vital to an organization. There are also forms of virus that destroy files or move them to another location. This are simple ways of breaches. More complicated ways are file meltdowns, this is a virus that completely kills all files even if you shut down the systems. It is important to ensure proper security level beacuse you do not wish for important files to be destroyed but there are files that are not as important that you still wish to maintain and keep clean. The different levels of security also depends on what type of company you are running. For a bank you do not want minimal security but you also need levels of security that allows the client acces to the bank. Tools that are available to prevent breaches are system clean up tools that wipe out any unknown file in your system that should not be there. Also there are anti-spy ware and security clearance programs that allow certain people freedom to specific parts of the system. Finally there are tools that are anti-hacking tool that allow you to see if anyone is trying to enter the system through someone else's account.
