FIRST, think about what information new employees at Baker College might need and want to know within their first month on the job. You can pick a specific job at Baker College or you can do a general orientation.
THEN, develop an outline of an orientation program for these new employees. Include your learning objectives, the length of the program, the subjects you would cover, and the sequence in which you would present them. Also outline the training methods you would utilize for each segment of the training.
