The term "over the hill" is offensive and the party items for this joke start at age 40. It is almost a casual dismissal of a life of accomplishment. I do recognize the joke side of it but in an age where we are living a lot longer and people are vibrant and productive well into their 90's, the joke seems a bit dated.
