Film Budgets and Grosses
Movie studios exert much effort trying to predict how much money their movies will make. One possible predictor is the amount of money spent on the production of the movie.
The table shows the budget and the amount of money made worldwide for the ten movies with the highest profits. The budget (amount spent on production) and gross are in millions of dollars.
Make a scatterplot and comment on what you see. If appropriate, find, report, and interpret the regression line. If it is not appropriate to do so, explain why.
