Question: The study resources this week challenged you to explore the art of storytelling as a critical skill of innovative leaders. Carmine Gallo (2014) argues that there are three required components to a story in order for it to be compelling to your audience. He said stories must be "emotional, novel, and memorable." He shows examples of innovative leaders and how they demonstrate this skill. As you researched innovative leaders for your papers, what leader did you discover that is or was an outstanding communicator? How did that leader communicate their story to either their workforce or the public? How did they overcome complacency?
