The senior leadership team of your organization is requiring the human resources department to revamp the existing compensation and rewards plan in place company-wide. You have been asked to lead this initiative and several requirements have been specified.
The plan must address the following:
(1) Federal laws and ethical considerations your organization must adhere to; (2)The selected reward system for pay and justification for its use; (3)Discretionary benefits to be offered to all staff; and (4) Employee sponsored and required benefits to be offered to all staff.
Design a written compensation system that takes into consideration all of the different components discussed in this course as listed above.
